What to expect.

  • Starts with an at-home blood panel read against Dr. Taylor's optimal ranges
  • Two forms: weekly testosterone cypionate injection or a topical testosterone cream
  • Estradiol managed as part of the program, with anastrozole when your clinician decides it is needed
  • Every request reviewed by a licensed clinician, with medical oversight by Dr. Patrick Taylor, MD
  • Re-test every 3 months, with your plan managed in the portal

What the program includes.

Both start with the at-home lab panel. Your clinician decides which form, if any, is appropriate after reviewing your results and intake.

Testosterone cypionate

A weekly injection. Your clinician sets the plan from your lab results and adjusts it at each re-test.

Testosterone cream

A topical cream compounded by a licensed US pharmacy for the individual patient. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are prescribed off-label after clinician review and informed consent.

About Testosterone therapy.

Testosterone therapy at Live Vital is a clinician-managed program, not a one-time prescription. It starts with the at-home blood panel, which includes total and free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, LH, FSH, prolactin, hematocrit, hemoglobin, and PSA, read against Dr. Taylor's optimal ranges.

If your results and medical intake support treatment, a licensed clinician prescribes testosterone cypionate (a weekly injection) or a compounded testosterone cream. Estradiol is managed as part of the program: your clinician may add anastrozole when your labs call for it. Not all patients qualify. Outcomes vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

How it works

Create an account, order the panel, and collect it at home. See your results against Dr. Taylor's optimal ranges and which therapies may fit. Answer a short medical intake. A licensed clinician reviews the request and, if approved, the prescription ships from a licensed US pharmacy. You re-test every 3 months and your clinician adjusts the plan in the portal.

Who may be evaluated.

  • Men whose panel shows testosterone below Dr. Taylor's optimal range and whose intake supports treatment
  • Men who want testosterone replacement managed from labs, with re-tests every 3 months
  • Men who want a choice between a weekly injection and a topical cream
  • Men who want to protect fertility may be better suited to testosterone support (enclomiphene and HCG)

How treatment is managed.

The program moves at the speed of your labs: order the kit, get results, complete the intake, clinician review, then shipment from a licensed US pharmacy if prescribed. After you start, you re-test every 3 months and your clinician reviews the results and adjusts the plan. Outcomes vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

Dosing is not one-size-fits-all. A licensed clinician sets your plan after your medical intake and adjusts it as your labs are re-tested.

This information is educational and is not a substitute for medical advice. Every treatment requires a medical intake and review by a licensed clinician, not all patients qualify, and outcomes vary by individual.
