Live Vital Affiliate Agreement

Affiliate agrees to promote Company using only the tracking link(s) and/or discount code(s) provided by Company. Affiliate will comply with Company’s marketing guidelines and all applicable platform, advertising, and legal requirements.

During the term of this Agreement, Affiliate may not promote, endorse, or receive compensation from any other company offering peptide protocols sourced from certified pharmacies, telehealth prescribing services, or medication fulfillment services.

If Affiliate is unsure whether another company competes with Company, Affiliate must receive written approval from Company before engaging. Violation of this section is grounds for immediate termination.

Affiliate agrees to:

• Be truthful and avoid guarantees, misleading claims, or exaggerated results
• Clearly disclose their paid relationship with Company in compliance with FTC guidelines
• Never provide medical advice or represent themselves as Company staff
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations (including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and platform rules)
• Refrain from bidding on Company trademarks or creating domains or social handles using Company’s name or likeness

Affiliate must use only the tracking links and/or promo codes assigned by Company. Company’s tracking system (Dub.co) is the system of record. Conversions not reflected in the tracking system will not be credited. Any disputes must be submitted within fourteen (14) days or will be deemed waived.

Base Commission

Affiliate will earn 15% of the net revenue collected per credited conversion, after refunds, chargebacks, and fees.

Payments are issued on the 15th of the following month, provided all required tax documentation (W-9/W-8) has been submitted. Company reserves the right to withhold payment in cases of fraud, excessive chargebacks, or violation of this Agreement.

Tier Structure & Bonuses

Our goal is to fully align Company with our affiliates so that we can grow together. When affiliates win, Company wins. As part of this, we have created tiers based on performance. All tiers maintain the same 15% commission rate. In addition to this, we would like to have the following incentives based on monthly performance:

Applicable to all affiliates after one (1) month with at least 5 sales:

• Affiliate receives three (3) months of free medication, equal to one product/protocol.
• Affiliates must post or go live at least two (2) times per week sharing their peptide journey in a compliant manner. We feel strongly that this will allow the affiliate to be most successful.

Bonuses are calculated monthly and paid alongside commission payouts. The tier structure resets each month, and bonuses are paid the following month.

For example: if you qualify for Tier 2 in January, you will receive the $2,000 bonus in February. If you qualify for Tier 1 on February 15th, you will receive the $1,000 bonus on March 15th. This is your additional bonus for all content and work (Lives, posts, storys, dms etc.)

Free Medication Continuation

Affiliate will continue to receive free medication as long as they generate a minimum of ten (10) credited sales per month. Failure to meet this minimum may result in discontinuation of free medication at Company’s discretion.

Affiliate grants Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to repurpose, repost, edit, and use Affiliate’s submitted or posted promotional content (including video, audio, and images) across Company’s marketing channels, including social media, website, and paid advertising, with or without attribution.

This Agreement is month-to-month. Either party may terminate with seven (7) days’ written notice. Company may terminate immediately for breach of this Agreement.

Upon termination, Affiliate must immediately stop promoting Company and remove all tracking links, promo codes, and Company-branded materials within forty-eight (48) hours.

Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of Company. Affiliate agrees to keep Company’s confidential information private. Company retains all rights to its trademarks, branding, and materials. Affiliate may not assign this Agreement without written consent from Company.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
