Evaluation before treatment

Every treatment requires a medical intake and review by a licensed clinician. The clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate for you. Not all patients qualify, and a prescription is never guaranteed.

Pricing

Prices shown on treatment pages apply only if a clinician prescribes the treatment. Live Vital is a cash-pay practice and does not accept insurance. HSA/FSA funds may be used toward eligible costs.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Medication that has been dispensed

Compounded medication is prepared by a licensed pharmacy for you specifically. Once a prescription has been sent to the pharmacy and the medication has been compounded or shipped, it is generally non-refundable.

Consults

The 15-minute phone consult is free. A consult is not treatment and does not guarantee a prescription.
